Very beautiful place on the Tigris River. Very hot in the evenings, but it cooled down nicely at night and we were able to spend a quiet night here and sleep well. In the evenings, locals had a picnic here and invited us for tea. In the evenings there were lots of small insects, but not as annoying as mosquitoes, and they weren't a problem at night. The river is good for cooling off.
